Radenko Milak, Microplastic in polluted water through electron microscope

The brightly colored large-format pictures in the series Anthropocene initially appear like cheerful, abstract visual worlds. In fact, the painting shows the bright colors of microplastics when seen through a microscope and thus documents humankind’s huge ecological footprint and the irreversible destruction inflicted on the Earth.
